Every service below is coordinated directly with your student and confirmed with you. Base rates are listed; additional costs (items purchased, extended time, distance) are always confirmed in advance.

Transportation & Accompaniment

Getting your student where they need to be — with someone local waiting on the other end.

Prescheduled Airport Transportation

Nashville International Airport (BNA)

  • Between 10pm and 7am: $15 surcharge
  • Flight monitoring, curbside pickup, help with luggage
  • Assistance getting to/from airport

$75 one way · $125 round trip

Accompaniment to Appointments

  • Price varies on distance from campus
  • Anything over 90 minutes: $25 per hour
  • Wait in office, provide updates, drive home if needed

$60 base

Urgent Care / ER Visits

  • Includes drive time, accompaniment, updates, and prescription pick-up
  • Anything over 90 minutes: $50 per hour

$75 base

Errands & Deliveries

The everyday runs a parent would make if they lived a little closer.

Pharmacy Pick-Up

  • Prescriptions and/or over the counter medications + in store items to feel better
  • Delivery coordinated with the student

Package Sent to Aunt Mandy's

  • Same day delivery coordinated with student
  • Additional charge for multiple packages and anything >24 pounds

Examples:

  • Medications (refrigeration if necessary)
  • Passport/ID
  • Electronics (Phones, Laptops, iPads)
  • Anything not wanting to send to campus
